What you´ll do:
  • Market and competition monitoring
  • Creation of marketing and sales plans
  • Acquisition of new trading partners and support of the existing customer network
  • Close cooperation with the field sales team and our customer consulting and strategic purchasing teams
  • Creation of product specifications and sales material
  • Preparing and conducting price negotiations
  • Independent preparation of quotations
  • Observation and analysis of product success incl. calculation processing
  • Collaboration with partners and agencies
  • Analyzing relevant KPIs, preparing statistics and presentations
  • Deriving and implementing measures to achieve the agreed target

 

What you need to succeed:
  • Completed studies with a focus on marketing / sales or a comparable education / qualification
  • Affinity and initial experience in at least one of our target industries Food, agriculture, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics
  • Enjoy active customer contact, strong customer orientation and empathy
  • Affinity for numbers and good presentation skills
  • Communicative, team-oriented and decisive personality
  • Careful and responsible working style
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Well-structured, results- and customer-oriented way of working
  • Preferably experience with JTL-Wawi or a comparable system
  • Confident handling of common software e.g. MS Office
